Automated points of sale are placed in areas that are easily accessible by patients and are active 24 hours. With a few simple steps, consisting of typing on the Touch Screen monitor, assisted by automated "voice guidance", the end-users may purchase and simultaneously activate both TV and Wi-Fi services for a specified time period. Similarly, disposable headsets can be purchased or the transfer of acquired services from one room to another can be made at the same place.
The activation procedure and use of the "automated points of sale" are specifically designed for users in a Hospital environment, with extremely simple and intuitive instructions and assisted by voice commands:
a. Insert the Television number to be activated;
b. Insert the days of activation required;
At the end of the above steps the user receives a confirmation receipt, a reservation summary and the TV service is immediately activated in the room. No other operation is required (inserting cards, PIN or other).
The automated points of sale accept banknotes and coins and give change. Furthermore, we arrange for on-site presence of our experts, on specific hours, in order to provide assistance..
